We have partnered with Pathao Courier Service, a trusted logistics provider in Bangladesh, to ensure your products reach you efficiently and securely.
📦 Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24 hours (encluding Fridays and excluding festival holidays).
- Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
- Once processed, the parcel is handed over to Pathao Courier for shipping.

Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary slightly due to weather conditions, local events, or unforeseen courier delays.
💳 Delivery Charges
- Inside Dhaka City: ৳60
- Outside Dhaka City: ৳100
The shipping fee will be clearly displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.
🔄 Delivery Attempt Policy
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided address.
- If delivery is not completed due to recipient unavailability, Pathao may attempt redelivery. However, multiple failed attempts may result in the order being canceled or returned.
- In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
🚫 Delayed or Failed Delivery
While we aim to fulfill every order on time, there may be rare delays due to:
- Natural disasters, political unrest, or public holidays
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping address
- Remote area coverage limitations
